Refunds are available only in accordance with the cancellation terms above.

Digital Products:

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final. If you experience an issue with your file, contact me, and I’ll fix or resend it.

All footage, photos, and edits remain the property of Noah ZA unless otherwise agreed.
Clients receive a licence to use the delivered work for personal use or social media.

If you are purchasing content for commercial use (e.g., brand campaigns, sponsorships, advertising), please request a commercial licence.

You may not:

• Re-edit my footage without permission except for basic corrections

• Resell or redistribute my work

• Claim the content as your own creation
