This website is operated by Noah, a surf videographer and photographer based in Newquay, Cornwall. These Terms outline the rules for using the site, booking services, and purchasing products.

2. Services

I offer surf videography, photography, and editing services. All bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions. If conditions are unsafe or unsuitable, I may reschedule your session at no extra cost.

Client Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time and be ready for the session

• Ensure they are physically capable and safe in the water

• Follow surf safety guidelines and local regulations

• Provide accurate information when booking

I am not responsible for injuries, lost equipment, or accidents during a session.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Rescheduling (Weather or Conditions):

Surf conditions can be unpredictable. If filming or photography isn’t possible due to weather, tides, or safety concerns, I’ll reschedule your session at no additional cost.

Client Cancellations:

• Cancel 48+ hours before your session to receive a full refund

• Cancel within 48 hours → no refund, but you may reschedule once

• No-shows are non-refundable

My Cancellations:

If I need to cancel due to illness, emergencies, or technical issues, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Payments

Payments for services or shop orders must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase. Prices are clearly displayed on the website and may change without notice, but confirmed bookings remain unaffected.

5. Delivery of Digital Products

Edits, reels, and digital files:

• Delivered via email, download link, or Google Drive

• Digital Photos will be available immediately

• Delivery typically takes 3–5 days for other content, depending on workload and complexity

• Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee

6. Refunds & Returns

Services:

Refunds are available only in accordance with the cancellation terms above.

Digital Products:

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final. If you experience an issue with your file, contact me, and I’ll fix or resend it.

7. Copyright & Usage Rights

All footage, photos, and edits remain the property of Noah unless otherwise agreed.
Clients receive a licence to use the delivered work for personal use or social media.

If you are purchasing content for commercial use (e.g., brand campaigns, sponsorships, advertising), please request a commercial licence.

You may not:

• Re-edit my footage without permission

• Resell or redistribute my work

• Claim the content as your own creation

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

• Copy or misuse any website content

• Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the site

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

Any breaches may result in removal of access.

9. Limitation of Liability

I am not responsible for:

• Injuries, accidents, or lost equipment during surf sessions

• Delays caused by weather, tides, or technical issues

• Third-party print delivery issues (though I’ll help resolve them)

While I take all reasonable care, surf environments carry natural risks.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally. The “Last Updated” date will always reflect the latest version.
