Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using this website or booking any services. By accessing the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Overview

This website is operated by Noah ZA, a surf videographer and photographer based in Newquay, Cornwall. These Terms outline the rules for using the site, booking services, and purchasing products.

2. Surf Photo Store

Digital Products:

Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are final. If you experience an issue with your file, contact me, and I’ll fix or resend it.

Private Surf Photography & Videography Booking Terms:

These terms apply to all surf photography and videography bookings made with Noah ZA Film through Blue Surf School or directly through noahzafilm.com

 

Booking & Payment

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations by the Customer

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the booking fee.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

Weather & Surf Conditions

Surf photography and videography are weather and ocean dependent.

  • Noah ZA Film reserves the right to cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled session if weather, surf conditions, visibility, safety concerns, or other factors make filming or photography unsuitable.

  • If Noah ZA Film cancels due to weather or unsuitable conditions, the customer will receive a full refund.

Blue Surf School Lesson Cancellations

  • If Blue Surf School cancels a lesson due to weather, safety concerns, or unsuitable surf conditions, a full refund will be issued for any photography or videography booking associated with that lesson.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Surf Photos: within 48 hours of the session.

  • Video Clips: within 48 hours of the session.

  • Video Clips + Edited: within 72 hours of the session.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary during busy periods.

3. Copyright & Usage Rights

All footage, photos, and edits remain the property of Noah ZA unless otherwise agreed.
Clients receive a licence to use the delivered work for personal use or social media.

 

If you are purchasing content for commercial use (e.g., brand campaigns, sponsorships, advertising), please request a commercial licence.

 

You may not:

  • Re-edit my footage without permission except for basic corrections

  • Resell or redistribute my work

  • Claim the content as your own creation

4. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Copy or misuse any website content

  • Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the site

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

Any breaches may result in removal of access.

 

5. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated occasionally. The “Last Updated” date will always reflect the latest version.
